Who are Duet Lessons for? ›
Anyone who wants semi-private focus with shared motivation. Duets are great for friends, partners, or teammates who want accountability with Classical precision on authentic Gratz apparatus.
Do we need to be the same level? ›
Similar level and goals are ideal, but not required. Your instructor will tailor the sequence and spring settings so each of you is challenged appropriately while training together.
What should we expect? ›
A personalized Classical program built around both clients. Expect focused cueing, clear progressions, and smart use of Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Mat to develop control, strength, and alignment.
What should we wear and bring? ›
Form-fitting workout wear so we can see alignment. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. Bring water if you like — everything else is provided.
What’s your cancellation policy? ›
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a duet. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the lesson credit.
