What do I need for a Breakthrough Live Private? ›
A stable internet connection, a device with a camera (laptop/tablet preferred), and enough space to lie down with arms outstretched. A mat is great; props like a towel or strap are optional. If you have home apparatus, we can incorporate it safely.
How should I set up my camera? ›
Place the camera at hip-to-chest height, about 8–12 feet away if possible, angled to capture your full body standing and lying down. If you’re using a phone, landscape orientation works best. We’ll help you fine-tune during your first lesson.

Will the training be as personalized as in-studio? ›
Yes. Your instructor will coach real-time alignment, pacing, and breath, and adapt the sequence to your goals and equipment. Expect precise cueing, layered progressions, and measurable results over time.
Do you record sessions? ›
Sessions are not recorded by default to protect your privacy. If you’d like a recording for personal practice, ask your instructor — we’ll confirm consent and share guidelines for secure storage.
What if my internet drops during a lesson? ›
Because Breakthrough Live lessons depend on each client’s personal internet connection, Breakthrough Pilates isn’t responsible for connection issues on the client’s end. If a brief interruption occurs, we’ll continue the lesson when you reconnect if time allows. Extended or repeated outages may result in the lesson being considered complete.
What should I wear and bring? ›
Form-fitting workout wear helps us see alignment. Barefoot is fine at home; grip socks are optional. Have water nearby and a towel if you like.
What’s your cancellation policy? ›
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a Breakthrough Live Private lesson. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the lesson credit. Please double-check your time zone on the confirmation email.
